We are impressed by the high caliber faculty from both universities and lively class atmosphere with international operation concepts. I have been mostly influenced by Professor Seabrooke’s lecture on real estate policy. The Scoping Template theory and international perspective also have inspired all the participants’ enthusiasm. Having been enlightened by the study，I established a clear idea about the operation module and risk evaluation of a big project invested and developed by our company，and adjusted its operation strategy in time. I have been so amazed by the program. Beside academic breakthrough and improvement，the most important benefit is the sincere exchange and mutual assistance among classmates. Participants became familiar with each other soon and even took part in others’ project study and cooperation.
