The program is divided into two phases for implementation on a credit basis. Having got 22 credits for the first phase, the participant can obtain a preliminary diploma of senior managers¡¯ MBA issued by Poly U and proceed to take 13 credits for the second phase before getting a master¡¯s degree of senior managers¡¯ MBA issued by Poly U. The first phase focuses on basic knowledge and leadership development, while the second phase stresses different varieties of knowledge and effective business strategy planning. Besides, participants need to take some optional courses regarding commercial growth and operative modern business in mainland China. This program has been approved by the State Education Ministry.
